About Tuhfa
Tuhfa is an Indian modest fashion brand selling hijabs, abayas and hijab accessories. It was founded by Rehana Hande, and Yasin Hande is its CEO. Tuhfa is part of Ghazali Global Private Limited.
Who founded Tuhfa?
Rehana Hande, Founder. Rehana started Tuhfa with one intention: that every sister should be able to find a hijab that looks beautiful and is comfortable to wear all day.
Yasin Hande, CEO. Yasin leads the business as its Chief Executive Officer.
What does the name mean?
Tuhfa means "gift" in Urdu and Arabic. Our tagline is Modest Elegance, and it's a fair summary of what we're after: clothes that keep you covered and still feel special to wear.
How we choose fabric
We choose every fabric ourselves. We look for cloth that's soft, light and breathable, that stays comfortable through a long day, and that gives you proper coverage.
