1) Where we ship
We currently deliver across India (serviceability depends on your pincode and courier coverage).
2) Order processing & dispatch
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
3) Delivery timeline (India)
Delivery timelines vary by location and courier partner:
- Metro cities: usually 2–5 business days
- Other locations: usually 4–8 business days
During sales, festive seasons, or courier delays, deliveries may take longer.
4) Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all Orders
- Orders below this value may have a shipping fee shown at checkout (based on location/weight).
5) Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on orders of ₹600 and above (pincode dependent).
- In some areas, courier partners may not support COD. If COD is unavailable for your pincode, you’ll see prepaid options at checkout.
6) Address & delivery attempts
Please ensure your address, landmark, and mobile number are accurate. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer not reachable, or refusal, the order may be returned to us. If re-shipping is required, applicable charges (if any) will be shared before resending.
7) Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
We pack every order carefully. In the rare case you receive a damaged parcel, missing item, or wrong product:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video (from sealed package to opening) helps us resolve issues faster with courier partners.
