Free returns within 7 days

Changed your mind? You can return any item within 7 days of delivery. Returns are free. We arrange the pickup from your address and cover the return shipping.

What can be returned

Items that are unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
Hijab pins and accessories in their original, unopened pack.

Items marked final sale and gift cards can't be returned.

How to return

Email care@tuhfa.in or call +91 85000 88059 within 7 days of delivery. Share your order number and what you'd like to return.
We'll confirm and book a free pickup from your address.
Pack the item in its original packaging and hand it to the courier.

If reverse pickup isn't available at your pincode, we'll share our return address and refund your courier cost up to ₹40.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we'll process your refund within 7 days.

Prepaid orders: refunded to your original payment method.
Cash on Delivery orders: refunded by UPI or bank transfer to the account you share with us. The ₹30 Cash on Delivery charge is not refunded on returns.

Your bank may take a few extra working days to show the amount.

Exchanges

Want a different colour? Let us know when you request the return. We'll send the new piece once the original is picked up, subject to stock.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or your unboxing video. We'll replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
